VABRIKU 59 – UNIQUE IN KALAMAJA

At the beginning of the last century, H. Citron and J. Halbreich built a glass factory with an elevated central nave and a copper casting factory. In 1936, the Standard-Nool boot factory started operating in the building. In 1960, the basilica building was rebuilt into a workshop with a new architectural style. Vabriku 59 contributes to reducing the CO2 footprint – the building is largely preserved. We consider energy efficiency and low household costs important in creating a home environment.

A large and fenced yard with a playground and plenty of greenery creates opportunities for barbecuing, reading books and playing with children. Nearby is the Kalamaja Park, where there is children’s playground for different age groups and with outdoor table tennis playing opportunities.
