When booking an apartment, a reservation agreement is concluded with the buyer and the buyer pays an advance payment of € 3,000 to confirm the interest to purchase.
2. PRE-PURCHASE AGREEMENT
A notarial pre-purchase agreement under the law of obligations is concluded with the buyer, which describes in detail the content of the purchase transaction. Before signing, the buyer has to pay 20% of the total price of the property.
3. PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Once the apartment has been completed and accepted by the buyer, a final purchase agreement is signed by a notary, which transfers ownership of the apartment to the buyer. Before signing, the buyer pays the remaining 80% of the purchase amount.
